You do have a good start but you really shouldn't care. This is not Granblue or FEH or some other rotten gacha game. The game is a cakewalk and can be done with any botes and mostly importantly it's a colle game so you WILL be getting these botes at some point regardless so don't stress out on it. Use Cleveland, Jabberin and Unicorn as much as you can as they'll be used all throughout the game and getting a headstart on their levelling will benefit you.
Who is "Queen Alice"? If you mean Elizabeth, for whatever reason, she's a BB so you'd need heavy construction.
