She technically could if she gets low base SPD but high base ATK like Sanaki/Lilina. In fact, all of them could potentially live with or prefer -SPD if they're slow enough like Sheena/Effie/Zephiel.

Bold Fighter lets Lissa double regardless of speed, if you have Armor March support to initiate she only needs defense to eat counterhits with, and probably wants Chrom's A skill to stay bulky after accruing damage.

Vengeful Fighter lets Tharja double regardless of speed as long as she can keep her HP up, HP and defensive stats are probably more important than speed in her case, and -Atk can still run a Blade tome from an actual Tharja.

-Def Robin can run Desperation since his A skill makes his speed skyrocket after taking a hit and if his attack is decent he'll 2 shot tons of things, so speed and atk are the main vital ones there.

As long as Chrom has absurd Atk/Def he can survive a drop in one for the sake of the other, but yes those are his worst things to drop, I can see him continuing to be a reslet making that an "ideal" dump stat.

10 map chain challenges, Chapter 1+2 in either book on normal is probably the easiest. If you want to grind SP on those maps, quit on map 10 instead of clearing it.

Getting Sheena'd is as bad as getting Merric'd if you don't have a spare Hector.

Sheena is awful for the average player. She is a super high investment unit with very poor SI potential.

Some units stay in 5* because they are desirable as actual characters (Leo, Sanaki, Ephraim, Lucina, Lyn, etc). Gray stays 5* because it's ok for them to lock certain skills behind that rarity and Valor skills are 100% the right category to do so.

I don't disagree with all of this, but I think making the pool 100% perfect based on power level is something that won't happen. Also, Hone Fliers is not going to be 4* for the foreseeable future. It's DC/CC level.
