My personal preference lies towards this: heroesfire.com/hots/talent-calculator/greymane#h9ar build however. Greymanes AA's are strong and people frequently underestimate how much damage his human form does, especially at 6.5 range. Sometimes I'll go on the prowl at 13 because it lets you run around at mounted speed if you're able to consistently poke people, but razor swipe range is also strong.
The extra attack speed at 16 is what makes you one of the highest dps heroes in the game at killing immortals, but if there's really tough targets the giantkiller is better.
Either ult is good, but GFTT is prettymuch annihilate squishies and get an additional gapcloser (cocktail + aa -> e -> q -> r r).
Blunderbus at 20 because it's a massive improvement to waveclear and extremely safe. You'll never get a full GFTT reset chain off without the fight already being won so don't bother, leave that shit to genji.
The important thing to remember with greymane is that you have two forms, and it is in your best interest to make use of *both of them*. Yes the wolf does better damage and has armor, he's also melee without a giant healthpool and no sustain, if you jump in early you are going to die. Use your human form to poke and soften people up, use your wolf form to finish them off once they're weakened. It can even be beneficial to switch back into human form for an extra q or the AA range in addition to the dash, people often seriously underestimate how much distance you can get from jumping onto something like a wall with E, q'ing for some range, and then rolling back out in human form.

greymane has 3 possible builds determined by his 1-7 talents
wolfheart + insatiable + quicksilver bullets make him a better raynor gives him better mercing and 1v1 people. Noob friendly and good for low levels or big maps where full 5v5 don't break that often.
going full Q build is usually the best at high levels since it gives you multiple target range damage in teamfights.
only go wolfheart + eyes in the dark + wizened duelist if you're a greymane god and can actually benefit from such a risky build.
for heroics go bullet if enemy has multiple frontline and go for the throat if they have multiple squishies.
13 go running wild, unless you can see better benefit in either on the prowl or unfettered assault, all serve a better chase and disengage in one way or another.
16 go alpha killer on multiple tanks, otherwise go executioner. Only go eager wolf if your team lacks any sort of reliable cc.
20 always go for hunter's blunderbuss both waveclear and teamfight damage is insane.

Blizzard really fucked up with Garrosh's representation in Heroes of the Storm. His abilities and role do not fit his character fantasy in any way. His kit should have been for another character.
