Congratulations to /aog/ for winning VGL9, you did it boys, we are lawyer and freeeeeeeee
Contact one of us Veeky Forums people to give us your reps if you have't alreay etc. etc. and I've gotten confirmation that by a landslide >Greg will be Veeky Forums's gold in Spring.
Sticking with PES 17 is a mistake and we will all suffer for it.

only if we don't shake up the meta
Kayden Turner
>quitting because your team didn't get a roster spot on a fetus team.
Brayden Hernandez
>17 becomes stale as fuck >viewers dropping everywhere >stay on it anyways I'm kinda upset Good night
Matthew Walker
Go back to 16
Ryan Torres
>viewers dropping everywhere >when Autumn had higher viewership than Spring and Summer
Justin Wilson
They better do something fucking drastic, I don't want to watch a cup in this shitty meta again.
Carter Phillips
ARE YOU READY FOR SOME 4-3-3?
Andrew Adams
Ban Height Abuse or else /lgbt/ wins again.
Grayson Ortiz
/dbg/'s there for literally every category except the improvement ones because they had nothing to improve from
Carter Perez
I think we should stay. I think we can all agree we don’t want placeholders

HA is probably dead and buried unless Lear goes full "hold my maple syrup" mode (never doubt the fucker) so centring targets memes, longball memes, and centring targets memes combined with longball memes (fuck you /wsg/) are probably gonna be at least slightly less good since not being at a massive height disadvantage allows defenses to actually, you know, defend against crosses. There's a reason that /aog/ didn't use centring targets for their entire run like /lgbt/ have so far made a total joke of 17 doing (their three best performances all came without it in fact), /gsg/ only used CT as banic tactics they didn't activate for most of their knockout run, and the other two teams in the top 4 never touched CT or even pure longball (compare to Autumn's top 4, where the teams that used CT the least during the cup proper either relied on it to get out of the fetus and send JB into retirement by PESing or were pure longball merchants, or even Summer's top 4 where the one team that didn't use CT very often advanced pretty much entirely on corners and got #EXPOSED when /lgbt/ started livemanaging good in the final). Also, nearly any 4-3-3 worth its salt is worth at least four matches. This has been true for a long time. Seriously, when a team runs counter to the two most established conventions of PES17 and makes two straight final days like /tv/ have done, MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, their formation is worth a damn. Also, if you're actually reading this bullshit spoiler then you're waifu a shit.

So now that VGL is over what does this general do? Just post >page 9 for the next few months until another event happens?
Julian Murphy
Well the actual 4cc is the main event. VGL is just one of many invitationals.
Dominic Wood
and what do you do until then?
Aiden Wood
Other invitationals. Omega Cup finals soon then Kurisumasu Cup while deciding rules for Winter. Then /pol/eague, Winter Friendlies maybe some 18 test cups or fakkin boolsheet.
Parker Torres
Omega Cup final days literally start Monday
Lincoln Rivera
remember when I said don't expect any new trophy cutscenes from here on out? never mind that, here is another one: youtu.be/nnUxRyntuNw
my name's not Doug, I'm not a Funnie guy
now back to me being dead

>using /gsg/ as an example
The managers send in pastebins without trying and then watch the game as punters while mostly being asleep regardless what the results are to be.
Kind of makes one laugh at those who tried while /gsg/ just waited to give a win to anyone as they did for /aog/ at the final. Honestly /gsg/ is a terrible example.
