Outfits can wager alerts on singular tiles for pride and bonuses based on how many people try to take it from them, "Hold Crown For 1 hour" for example, cortium costs goes up the more of a benefit everyone involved gets.

I think it should allow to spawn vehicles. If a base doesn't have cortium, you can't spawn MBTs and ESFs

I think so. With resto+nanoregen+heal nade you are almost unkillable, only a Russian lagger with enlarged head hitboxes or a Banshee can kill you.

Players have to dump cortium into it to charge it
The cortium is used for pulling vehicles, resupplying, providing ammo through ammo towers and landing pads, and repairing base turrets
New facility, a cortium refinery
Whoever controls the cortium refinery slowly trickle-charges all lattice-connected bases
Delivering cortium to the refinery's silo provides bonus xp
