Why do people think DBZF will compete with SFV? They are nothing alike, the same goes for Tekken.
DBZF is an anime tag fighter and Tekken is a 3D fighter while Street Fighter is Street Fighter. I don't like tag fighters and I don't like 3D fighters so why the fuck would I stop playing SFV for either of those games?
Maybe something like KoF or FELX could be direct competitors to SFV but DBZF is more likely to kill Marvel than Street Fighter

Many just play SFV cause it is the active game and it is the brand they are into. Many dislike it but there isn't much choice, you never here positives about the game outside of it isn't THAT bad, they'll improve it or I like it enough. DB is a huge brand and could likely have a very active player base. Style alone has carried the game far and we are beginning to see it has a bit more to it as well

vast is an overstatement. yes there are color commentators like steve but the meta at higher levels isn't some kind of lost ancient chinese martial art. it's all game knowledge coupled with common sense. so long as you can understand the reason and logic to the methods then you're pretty much set.

he broke down two of mena's capcup matches on a recent stream really well and even called him to win the whole thing. he knows way more than you're giving him credit for. check some of it out on his youtube page.
