She can sort of kill, but she needs to specialize to do it, which conveniently she already does with the Sapphire Lance she comes with.

Diversely place reinforcements and/or area restriction that don't really let you Gravity+ kite. For example, could you really do that this BHB? How about Arvis' GHB?

It's -7 attack and speed on all units around the target and the target itself. If you want a debuffer/tank she does a good job of that, otherwise take lightning breath.
