You might argue that it's near impossible to achieve and it's encouraging the playerbase to spend millions on nothing. They do improve the game though. Just compare how the game is now compared to one year ago. They also bother to make bronze and silver servants better and give them new animations, which is nice. Rates are shitty as fuck but that won't change as long as the game has so many mega whales.

They improved the servers enough that we don't even have weekly maintenance anymore despite having more players than ever.

Man I started looking at some servants extra attacks as their "strongest attack without activating their NP" and if you look at it like that you can get some pretty decent mental images of their fighting style. That of course doesn't count for Gil and Ozzy who are always using one of their NPs in all animations
