none. But that's how they would have to work to create and maintain different body types for NPC, of which there are a lot in the game. It just excessing load, especially in Skyrim and its wonky-ass engine, even with patches and fixes and shit

less intrusive hud. you can change your reticle to a dot, make your compass slimmer, have a different stealth crosshair and detection meter instead of the eye. you can change your entire hud around as well, moving the stat bars and shit, you'll figure it out

Is it possible to sneak in thalmor embassy? My sneak is pretty high and I used muffle too, they still notice me. Also tried invisibility spell, but they hear me casting it from the other side of a map.

If you're an elf you can put on inquisitor robes and they'll take a second to notice you, and if you're actually a high elf you can just walk around like you belong there.
