If it's percent then a nice solid core of tomb guard and archers is gonna be needed so your elite units can benefit from the effect and you can eventually summon a unit of Ushabti on top of their artillery.

The Necrosphinx has a purple color on the unit card. Probably just one of the Legion of Legends (basically RoR/Blessed Spawnings), so given a white recolor.

Factions like Skavenblight, Itza, Hell pit are looking too small and you cant insert 4 lords there.

Unlikely, Wood Elves didn't get any additional Legendary Lords despite there being a lot of options to choose from.

Beastmen got Morghur later on, but that was due to being involved in the Wood Elves mini-campaign. Other than him, I don't think they will be adding onto DLC races too much.

Second paid DLC will probably be a Lord Pack, either a High Elves vs Dark Elves themed one, or Lizardmen vs Skaven.

I think the former would come first, just because of the order on the FLC list.
