Nah, she has a strong laning phase and picks people off mid game while providing team fight damage and being hard to gank. The fact she scales as a right clicker is just the cherry on top. I get kaya -> aghs and get the spell amp talent. Looking at the dotabuff guides it's entirely unclear what is the favored build. There's people getting both kaya/lens and one or the other, and the talents are about 50/50. The spell amp talent has a significantly higher winrate, but it's probably fine whatever build you go. However I would suggest not getting both kaya and lens unless you plan on ending the game very soon.
