For the story gacha, can you only roll gold star servants that are featured in London?

She isn't the only one. Jannu, Beddi and Da Vinci are also Star attributes and weak against it for some reason, whereas Rome, Drake, Tesla and a couple others who are Star attributes don't have this weakness. It would have been great if this inconsistency was addressed for part 2.
