I never get this sort of complaint. If you actually play "solid" you'll win easily or they'll aknowledge you can't be beaten by cheese and try to adapt. Like I'd get someone conplaining about a friend or a guy you've played before did that, but if it's a random online match why should anyone play respectfully right off the gate?
