I really don't know what to make of this level. On one hand there were some decent platforming challenges, but on the other hand there was some janky ass shit. The fact that you have to redo the entire level if you die is honestly fuckin stupid.

I thought it was all good except for the blue rotating platform section and to a lesser extent the lasers. The lack of checkpoints didn't bother me but I wish it was an option you could enable at least.

I hated those two awkward shapes that are a solid light so you can barely tell where the awkward sides are on the objects.

I had to do that part from the side view. If you haven't already, sometimes it's useful to turn off camera assist so the camera doesn't reset every time you move. It makes it easier to gauge some jumps.

Just finished the game on Xbox. It has charm, but the camera was very frustrating and I think my decision to set it to "very far" worked against me as the camera started spazzing out whenever I entered a tight space.

I think I enjoyed it more than Yooka-Laylee, but I didn't really enjoy Yooka-Laylee. Yooka-Laylee felt like a more complete game, though.

I left my loli phase a long time ago, but Hat Kid didn't do anything for me on that front anyway. I feel like the game barely let you get to know her - the journals would have helped, but there was no way I was hauling my ass all the way to her pillow fort after every mission to read them. They should have let you read older entries.

I know the mafia are jerks who caused everything in the first place by trying to extort you, but the mafia sacrificed their lives to help you and rooted for you, and even the leader of mafia town sort of helped you out after you killed him.

The implications are that the town was peaceful before the mafia arrived and took it over. They didn't built anything. They stole it. So mustache girl is probably justified in wanting them gone. But I couldn't do that to the mafia after they helped me in the fight.

This is a pretty well made moral grey area.

Could you tell whether was running at 30 or 60 fps? I've heard conflicting reports about the framerate on consoles.

I think the idea is that Mustache Girl would have limitations to keep her in check with only one time piece, so she wouldn't be able to go full megalomaniac this time. Also she was clearly affected by the fact that people were committing mass suicide to defeat her, so maybe she'll calm the fuck down when she wakes up.

Also even if the Mafia helped you, they are still implied to have murdered most of the old inhabitants and set the rest adrift.

I wish that would have happened to my friend as well. He did try it for several hours and even admitted it was better than expected, but he haven't touched it since.

I am amused that several people in the comment section of the mod had to use console commands to get through Glow Zone. I know a few of the platforms are bullshit and starting over from the beginning is kinda stupid, but it really wasn't that prohibitively difficult.

anyone else having a problem with their umbrella getting replaced with one of the music remixes? I can't punch or use my umbrella at all.

Disable a couple of mods (the ones related to costumes, dyes shouldn't have an effect), restart game. At least this works for me, results may differ.
