For me years after when I was in my teens FE7 in my second play through where I had Ninian and Eliwood reach Rank A support, I teared up when THAT happened.

+Spd Palla and Draug are most suited to Wo Dao shenanigans. Caeda wants a Slaying Edge if you're changing weapons with her so she can proc Iceberg faster, or Firesweep Sword if Vantage shenanigans give you trouble. I guess Stahl and Seth can also use Wo Dao effectively if you want to run them on a cavalry team, though Cain is probably a better choice once you're done with giving out Wings of Mercy to everybody.
