Anyone have pointers for good army compositions against rhodok defenders in a siege? All I do is smash huscarls and send archers against them. It works but it just seems inefficient.

there isn't any, you have to break these shields w/ 10000hp and 2000res each and in contrary to husclars seargants don't throw anything, takes ages.
Once all sharpies are dead you may try V. guards 50/50 with sharpshotters, but it won't be blast for sure.

I just edit the Brides headwear, crown of something to have no mesh so it's invisiblu while still having 40-50armor so it's decent enough.

Perisno just have too much of everyting: models, items, all the textures, factions, quests, events, big armies, etc. I remember tweaking all the garrisons/army sizes, like halving all and that was good/smooth enough for me

oh, so its just the same mod just changing the name/version type ok. well, I will speed up this 0.723 run then with cheats!!!1:Dd! to check all the magic spells and magic items.

my objective is to gut the entire magic system and tweak it for a personal mod. as far as I know, Phantasy have the best player spell system. and HoMM have plenty of good stuff too like units with teleports and other magical stuff. both mods running pretty smooth. I also need to check if there is any mods with whips.

I was thinken of just culling the lords i manage to capture by executing them which gives heavy -hits on my relations with other lords of the same faction.

This actually seems to be fixed in pop. Usually when I'm about to join a faction I raze a village that is as far from potential danger as possible, then I quickly get positive relations back and ask the king for vassalage, he gives me the poorest village in the kingdom - the one I just raided. Usually this doesn't help much, AI will still march through the entire realm just to get my village, however in poop I raided some village close to Cez, at the south-most point of the map, as far away from combat as possible, then Marius gave it to me - and it hasn't been raided ever since.
IMO the worst part of warband AI is how it just ignores each other and goes straight for the player, especially in arena and tournaments. And generally whenever AI chooses between attacking the player and attacking other AI it always chooses the former. Not like I can't handle that, but breaks the immersion, like I'm just a generic regular spearman, why would everyone focus me exclusively?
