Weird that I had such a problem with it given that I was used to TK motions with Adon in SFIV. Maybe it's because the characters I used to play in this game didn't really require very difficult motions, therefore my execution got sloppier.

if you have prior fighting game experience, especially with other street fighter games, it will be much easier and faster for you, but if you have to learn the entire franchise from scratch it takes a long time to get to a decent level
