Raise all the girls' affection to level 5 as early as you can. To get the ending for specific girls, give gifts that lower affection to all the girls except the one you want the see the ending for.

All of the girls have AoE spells that they can learn that will wreck random encounters when switched the right class and they get to keep spells (but not class specific abilities) if you switch to yet another class. Just pick your team based on who you like best.
