Yeah, since the change to ToS to give everyone ward it's really buffed those two decks, it's probably the case that folks are playing Nep to give the deck one last hurrah before it dies forever in rotation.

All of the Blood cards that got nerfed from WLD onwards were cards that had no business existing in the first place, like most other WLD and TOG cards.

i don't see how bats and vengeance are any problematic, only vengeance has some competitive presence and for ladder aggro mostly preys on dshit etc greedy decks
