blocking is instant, there is no "going into block" frames
some attacks recover more quickly when done on crouching enemies than they do on standing enemies, or the other way around, so a move that's usually -2 can be -3 or viceversa
I wonder why it'd make breek jump. Surely it wouldn't guess that without a fowards jump input from him? I figured the best and simplest way to do predictions would be to assume they're still holding the inputs they were holding the last frame.

She has three EX versions of her specials too, depending on which two buttons you press you get the EX low parry/EX back step/EX short distance projectile, the medium EX parry/EX step forward/EX medium distance projectile or the high EX parry/EX step jump/EX long distance projectile.
IIRC it was light+medium for the first, light+heavy for the second and medium+heavy for the third. If you press the three huttons the latter comes out, obviously.
