Get Wraith Explosion, Gates of Hell and Sacrifice. Then you can go for Fair Trade and summon passives.

Wraith Explosion is great for random encounters and summons. But in long fights it's not really great since you need to reload three Wraiths.
Sacrifice -> Gates of Hell -> Fair Trade only needs one Wraith for allright damage.
If your passives fill your summon slots after Sacrifice you can use Wraith Explosion instead.

Since Gates of Hell is bash damage and Wraith Explosion is fire/bash damage they both work with the Pugilist's Overexertion if you are feeling brave.

So I want to start a second EOV playthrough, on advanced difficulty this time. I also would love to try Necro and Harb since I haven't tried them on my first run, but can't thing of the rest of party composition. Any tips? I was thing about running double fencers maybe, one dodge-tank and one chain.

Don't use Necro shields or it'll fuck everything up for the dodge fencer.

To be honest: Don't.
Harbinger, Necro and dodge Fencer are all super weak early game and Chain Fencer does not have nearly enough activators in this party to make up for their weakness even later in the game.
Also Harbinger and Necro are horrible fits for dodge Fencer since everything they do - including only having Wraiths out - overwrites blind.
I had a Dodge Fencer, Deathbringer, Blade Master, Broker and Healer Botanist party and struggled through the game. While possible it is not very fun.

If you want Harb and Necro get at least a Pugilist in there to take up the slack.
This way you can either go the lockdown route with binds (Barrage Pugilist) and ailments (Deathbringer) so your Necro can deal damage (as in ) or you have your Pugilist go the Impact route with your Necro being defensive.
There is a coffin with Split Spirit (give all party members life steal for a turn) which helps in maintaining a HP sacrificing Pugilist. And Fierce Shield can keep them alive on low HP.

Rover is just weird, but not useless. I used a hawk Rover, and pumping the hawk's stats and having a few points in the basic bow -> hawk followup attack skills made earlygame random encounters a total nonissue, while the defense debuff shot brought utility for FOEs and bosses. Otherwise a bunny Rover is just plain fast and can thus save party members' asses with some quick item use and such. In late game, I naturally maxed the hawk's stats and then pumped Aerial Talons into max and spent some points on Ice Peck, and then ran out of things to spend points on since Sky Dive just sounds like a more powerful and less reliable Aerial Talons and all the passives sound like they buff the Rover itself and not the hawk, which makes them pretty useless. It's still a strong class even now in the 6th stratum, but the skill tree is awkward.

Always use 4katanas
Don't strip your nene until you have lightweight at max level

2nd stratum manta ray drops make bind consumables. They have a 60% base chance which is as good as a Pugilist leg bind with Status ATK Up.

You could also simply Line Guard + defend when the mole comes back up.
