people just hate for the sake of it at times. Realistically if a femraider existed (bare with me) she would most likely be all gruff sounding like in the game. Hell enemy raider lines sound gruff too, but those are given a pass because it is spoken in a different tongue.

because you don't hear a male enemy warden's voice as much as you would hear a female raiders voice. raiders are pretty much always speaking due to their zone

Attacks may or may not come out slightly faster depending on your connection.
