Because there's only two other options for grunts and they're both worse.
There isn't a single good server for this game.
The ban was for the guy to come to the forum and talk. He does seem new, so the reason he gave works out. This isn't a actual permaban because of a massive fuck up.
Also, if he messes up again he can't just say that he doesn't know the rules anymore.
