Midshadow costs, like, 30k vials in Rotation. Other midrange decks don't yet have refined Rotation lists.
Unlimited is the significantly cheaper and easier for new players to play mode at the moment.

Here's the deck I'm playing right now. It's a day 1 list I made on the spot, so probably not perfectly tuned yet, but I haven't lost a game with it so far. Since you're on a budget, replace Carabosses with Imp Lancers to avoid crafting legendaries - they're slightly suboptimal, but should work just fine in low rank ladder.

What does Haven even do in Rotation? Faced one Haven player all day and it was basically Neutral with the ward guy tacked on the end.

Not really. The only cards above silver rarity that Aggro Blood cares about are Vania and Carabosse, of those only Vania being an absolute must you can't do without, while Carabosse is optional, which makes the deck generally pretty cheap.

Sure if there were consistent win conditions pre 10 but Ceres shits on aggro so badly not even taking rotation into account, control can't control this shit well enough because the boards are wide and high and refill every turn (triple baha, sextuple Jeanne, lions and the banishcaust to turn 20 can't deal with all this shit) so only combo is left but good luck comboing in 'balanced' 'rotation' while a full board of skeletons is after your face.

So which Legendaries should I make for each craft that are great for rotation?

I'm limiting myself to at least the last 2 expansions. Meaning Chronogenesis and Starforged. Maybe Wonderland legendaries if they are really needed. Crafting for ToG and RoB is too late already.

My priorities are Haven, Forest, Sword, and Shadow. Blood got too cucked. Sword got cucked as well but at least it still has Albert. I don't damn care about dragon at all.

Log-ins are CG packs and the win 6/7 missions give a random rotation pack now.
