Did not know that in 500 hours playing Bloodborne. Hell, I never even noticed that this aura actually harmed her as well to begin wtih.
I was just fighting her in a Foetid Isz to practice the unlocked strats the other user mentioned earlier in the thread at . (The strats worked fucking wonders, by the way. I didn't get hit by that charging attack AT ALL. It made my day. I never thought it would be this fucking easy to avoid that attack.)
But then, she was at extremely low health (like only a pixel or two of health left), and just as I was about to exit the game to respawn back outside the fog gate so that I can practice from the start again, she dies. I pressed select and saved the video, and finally noticed that her health very slowly drains in that second phase of hers.
Which I guess means that it's theoretically possible for a scummy or lame player to cheese her second phase by simply running away from her forever until she dies.

Question: Why is R2 spam/mashing from the regular/untransformed Holy Moonlight Sword so fucking good? Because it infinitely stunlocks a large chunk of enemies in the game.
I just tried it on the boars in Nightmare of Mensis. They couldn't do anything against me. Couldn't even get any attacks in. And each attack barely consumes any stamina either.
