Phone Guy mentions that the Toys cost a lot of money so they were probably outsourced to Japan or something. Henry implies that he built then original four and the Puppet, and William built the SL bots and probably Lefty as well. Given how obsessed he is with it, it's likely that William also built Spring Bonnie while Henry built Fredbear.

It would've been kind of cool if Henry ended up being Golden Freddy.

I kind of like the crying child being Goldie because how you can give William a motive for killing Henry's daughter because Henry's machine killed William's son. So he takes revenge by killing Charlie and makes his own bots trying to distort Henry's who's just trying to make robotic entertainers.

That's actually a pretty interesting interpretation, though I'm not sure if the Puppet kid was killed before or after the crying child died. I still think both of the founders ending up in the original suits would've been pretty neat though, but that would also probably conflict with Henry's role as the main good guy in the story.

What about the inbetween while the kid's dying in his coma? Say William gets drunk and angry, kills Charlie, and after the crying kid dies, Michael pieces together what his dad did leading to him choosing Henry's side of things. Having been humbled this causes Elizabeth to turn into a little psycho after William kills the cat.

Sec has proper anatomy. Reasoning being Henry creates a lot of his newer machines with the intent that after Afton is dead for good and all his locations destroyed, his creations could potentially live free, find love, etc etc. The Skinsuit Afton AU is far more accepting of robots due to being more common than the proper Ghostverse. Plus while not as crazy as Willy, Henry is strange himself.
