Since you're starting, spending the crystals is a good choice so that you have a higher chance of getting a valuable account. Spend them all either now (during flash gala) or during legfest (the next gacha, which also offers 6% SSR rate). Go to the wiki and check which of them has characters you're the most interested in, though if you have no preference I recommend waiting for legfest as that one will introduce Grimnir, a very powerful wind summon.
