It's harder to get a 2nd Sigurd to than to get a refining stones to upgrade weapons.
Even if you can give Seliph his weapon I'd choose to give him Spd Smoke or Close Defense first.

My rough idea was to make It and anti-hone/goad build; charge in, debuff AoE with Legion's Axe+, drag back/hit and run. Mainly to charge the occasional Blyn/Rein. IVs are wrong right now (+def -atk) but Can be worked around for now.

Any effective strategies for Infernal besides B Roy with Savage Blow (No Horse Roy)?

Speed Smoke is great fodder, especially since it pairs well with the Atk Smoke seal.

Especially good for Firesweep builds.

Worth noting that panic effects (aka legion's axe) does not affect goads/spur effects, only hones/fortifies.

Anyway the build looks interesting so I implore you to go for it, but I think you'd be better off with a speed refine than the Mt one.

I used the Mt one because she's -atk right now, but i got plenty of SP/materials to change it back.

Right, well you'll want to merge one with better IVs later on. As for your other skills, Hit and Run is usually better than Drag Back on Fliers - the main difference is if you can't drag an enemy over impassable terrain, for example water or mountains, you won't move at all whereas Hit and Run will move you back regardless, which lets you use another unit to reposition to safety. Minor difference though - if you kill your target both work the same way, and maybe you like dragging back enemies where you can for the rest of your team to pick them off.

Sheena can't use Iote's, unfortunately. It's specific to fliers. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Grani's and Svalinn's shields as seals in another TT.
