Who are the most insanely hot waifus, tesg? I'm not talking just the hot body, but the combination of hot body, hot face, great sexy design and hot vibes. The waifus that simply ooze sexuality.

Flame atronach.

you're aware there are websites dedicated to porn, right?

>Playing oblivion with oscuro, oblivion xp and other vanilla tier shit

Did I configure it right?

It doesn't look that bad to be honest, They're just a bit cartoonish. Those animations are way less stiff than vanilla or even some mods desu fampai.

Stop dying /tesg/.

Post some OTPs.

How about, no.

Fair enough.

Sounds about right for OOO but I don't know how Oblivion XP works with it.

Spriggans.

20 years and her tits will reach her knees

...

More like 200 years.

I feel like I'd have to make a character for nearly each Daedric Prince, OCD can't see a single character swearing allegiance to all of them.

Degenerate.

oh boy looks like diana is spergin out

okay

Get help.
It would be a bit dumb for one person to serve every single Daedra anyway. You'd have to be fucking nuts

so is this what an online fugue state looks like?

stop user

this is wrong

I've been replaying through the entire series, vanilla. I'm about 24 hours into Skyrim now.

The most surprising thing so far is how rotten Oblivion is. I used to defend it as the best TES game but it turns out my experience with a heavily modded game really skewed my opinion of it. It's ACTUALLY as bad as everyone always says it is. Level scaling and damage sponges and a completely empty world make for a nightmare of an experience.

And I used to hate on Skyrim for a lot of reasons but coming right off the previous games it's actually incredibly refreshing and surprisingly fun. Better than I ever gave it credit for, at least since 2011. It does countless things better than Oblivion and despite how far removed from Morrowind it is mechanically, it really feels like the proper sequel to that game in spirit.

I guess it turns out that taking an extended break and not worrying about modding is a good way to find a new appreciation for the game. It's actually fun again.

Report pedocancer, ignore pedocancer.

why is it that the pedophiles here are always the biggest crybabies?

I like to pretend that I'm playing the Daedric princes against each other for personal gain so that I can become stronger than them. Every Daedric princes gives me some power... Then I become a Daedric prince myself.

Oblivion and Morrowind have a lot of nostalgia behind them too. I loved oblivion when it first came out, and I loved Morrowind for years before oblivion. But when I play them now it's almost painful because they don't really retain their playability over time, especially not unmodded. Skyrim has done a good job of standing the rest of time since it's graphically and mechanically decent, has a full world - and has insane mod support.

That being said, I'm eager for what the next elder scrolls has in store.

Skyrim VI: Elsweyr

they were smart going for the Dragon meme uprising of that time (2011)

The new trend now is furries so there's where they go

It's going to be Hammerfell or High Rock.

I want to kiss a spriggan

I think TES is dead honestly.

Not that 6 wont come out, but Bethesda is done, look at the members. They are in the 40 year old stage I just want to buy a Porsche phase somewhat similar to Valve after going Steam.

TES6 is a long way off and probably will have shit mod support because it will be made by a third party or a completely different Beth, so I expect no belly inflation mods.

And Zenimax is the fucking devil btw.

So you're telling me TES VI is the new HL3?

Is TES legends worth it

So to ensure my hoard is safe i'll have to craft/buy my own containers right? Does stuff directly dropped on the floor disappear after some time? I think in homes there'll be no problem, but what about open-world and dungeons and generally in the overworld?

>The new trend now is furries
Please explain how it's the new trend?

Hard to say where 6 would be set for sure, Bethesda was hiring a lot of people not long ago for a new project which may be preliminary work on TES VI.

I'd like to see Elsewyr or one of the more unusual areas since so far we only get to see human nations (Dark elves aren't human I suppose but Morrowind might as well be).

As for tes being dead, I dont think so. It's a money making machine with a massive franchise and fan base, it would be silly of them not to continue the series indefinitely. We probably won't see 6 until 2020, but we will see it.

>We probably won't see 6 until 2020, but we will see it.
Thats what I mean, I expect something generic like TESO. Its most likely dead.

>TES6 is a long way off and probably will have shit mod support because it will be made by a third party
I would trade mods for an actually amazing TES game developed by Arkane Studios.

Arkane is also dead.

Raphael left, and all their puny attempts at being LGS with a slight sjw flavour ( thank harvey ) smith were commercial failures.

They should just drop Fallout already desu

Teso failed mostly because tes players don't want an MMORPG. They should own that mistake but I know they won't.

Modding is a big part of the games appeal, I doubt it would do as well without the attraction of modders. They are unlikely to remove this feature.

>They are unlikely to remove this feature.
But now they can sell it to console players who have never known what free mods are. They'll gladly pay.

>loliposter broke the thread

Recommend me cute dark elf follower now for reasons.

Hoard-fag here, can i drop items on the floor in my own house without them ever disappearing? Can i drop them even outside my house as long as i'm in the house instancing or are only "inside-the-building" items on the floor safe from despawning?
Any outworld locations that also have "safe from despawning" zones? I'm not talking about container resets, but literally about floor despawning mechanics.
As long as my house is a safe place even for floor decor it's fine, otherwise any mods to allow items to stay there?

no, houses have containers by default and upgrades to them give you more, there might be a mod or two that allow you to craft containers of your own and set them wherever you want
directly dropped stuff disappear after a certain amount of time, presumably after a month of ingame time
get mods that give you backbags which allow you to carry more items, have followers that also have bags and they can carry stuff for you

...

Aww shit, so i can't drop a fuckton of items on the ground even in my own house?
How am i supposed to hoard and show off my hoard now? Any mods in case to fix this at least in certain zones/my own house?

So, how did Nexus cock up their Mod manager so fucking badly? I smell project drama.

...

it's because the game has to do a cell reset every now and then to clear extra clutter, corpses etc. to avoid lag and eventually a crash, cities and areas reset if you haven't visited them for 30 days of in-game time
so, if you have a house and you drop items inside the house floor, you can technically keep them on the ground there forever if you frequently visit it so it won't reset, but I am not 100% sure how houses work. They could be safe or not, but I wouldn't take the risk without confirmation.
But remember that there's display cases, wall weapon/shield displays, armor stands etc you can use to store your badass legendary/unique weapons and armor you don't intend to use.

Items might also be preserved if you place them on tables or shelves, but yet again, I'm not 100% sure. Try to google around a bit, maybe you'll find and answer, maybe houses are safe to drop stuff in.

...

I googled a bit and people are saying that it's completely safe to drop items on your house, but they sometimes tend to warp to the original spot you dropped them because the game engine creates some sort of spot for them when you drop them, so if you position your items nicely on shelves or tables, when you exit and come back, the item might go back to it's original dropped position.
So drop them to your house, but don't try to organize them nicely because they won't stay in their positions, unless you use the display cases and other racks.

Most containers in houses or faction sites never lose items.

Other containers are not safe, I think even in town most are not safe I dont know, I got accustomed to stash shit in the dawnguard fortress.

Containers outside of your own houses are NEVER safe. The items will disappear from time to time, that's why you should only stash them to your personal containers, or drop them inside your owned houses.

are you gonna finish the others? the gothfu and a dwemer elf.

nice pic tho.

The container to left of the Dawnguard fortress entrance seems safe then.

I never lost anything.

not YET

WHAT DO YOU MEAN

en.uesp.net/wiki/Category:Skyrim-Places-Safe

Every morning I visit Candlehearth Hall and pay that reluctant bard to sing Age of Oppression at least once. Every night I walk around the Gray Quarter and let those Greyskins know wot I tink of dem. Every afternoon I quench my thirsting blade with the blood of Mer and Imperials. Every dusk I kneel by Talos' shrine and renew my strength.

I like to fight my way through the straightforward quests as if the daedra were just any random quest-giving farmer, and purposefully fail or leave incomplete the ones that require actual sacrifice or evildoing. Always choose the most insulting dialogue options for any daedra who's getting uppity whether it gets me my reward or not (nearly always does because LOLDRAGONBORN, no actual consequences for choices ever), if there's no appropriately dismissive response to an insult from a daedra I just Esc out and walk away leaving them with their dick in their hands. Fuck Daedra.
Me too.

what mod adds the best doggo follower?

Miel pls

Your seems the most reasonable answer. I know i sound autistic, but i'm doing a dragon save where i literally play as Smaug, hoarding shit, raiding villages and whatnot.
While the latter is solved with the Burning Skies mod (literally become any dragon and breath fire/frost upon trespassers), the former seemed easy to do, but this doubt about floor items is a big issue if i want to create a hoard.
I will definetly use racks, containers etc for the most important things (those too important to just display and must-keep's), but pic related looks much better than 9 thousand sacks of gold. My google-fu is either weak or there's not clear info out there.
I've googled as well, and this seems a vanilla issue. Exit and re-entering, the doing the placing fixes this. I don't know if the Unofficial Patch also fixes this, but it seems an evident enough bug to be fixed. Otherwise, do the former as i said.
I've read that some containers reset after x in-game time, probably 30 days. If you revisit them the timer resets, so yeah, they can be there forever as long as you keep visiting. But again, my issue is with floor clutters, not container stuff (my house is there for that)
Yup, but i wonder if house floors are safe as well. Hell, are the eventual gardens/surrounding zone (as long as they are still considered house territory) still safe for such a purpose of dropping items on the floor?
Again, it's not containers i'm worried about... as much. About the safe places, i think it means places where you can store safely stuff in containers, not the ground, right? Most of that list is basically player houses, so i'd like confirmation on the hole items-on-the-floor eventual despawn thing.

ALSO, if you have nice, huge-ass mod houses you'd like to reccommend (preferably cave/dragon lair flavoured, even abandoned dwarf cities are fine, Smaug-style) please do. Thanks in advance guys.

Hey, I'm actually starting to dev in UE4 and I've had an idea for some years of making a dragon game where you pick hoard locations and type of dragon, fly around getting loot, torch, extort, or gather protection money from villages and cities depending on your style/morality, and grow larger and stronger and fight other dragons and stuff. It would be centered on flighted combat, dodging enemies, environmental destruction, and idle-style economics combined with active looting and exploration.
I might not get to making it for some years if at all because I have other games I also want to make, but let me just ask you since you have an interest, what are some features you'd want in a game like that?

If it's a safe place it never respawns so even things outside of containers are safe.

Fun fact: equipment never despawns no matter where it's dropped. This caused serious save bloat problems because the shields and weapons dropped by enemies never despawned so eventually your save would bloat to massive size as it kept track of the weapons/shields of ever single NPC that died.
It was later patched so the equipment didn't "drop" from an enemy when killed.

Aside from what you've already listed (all good shit, flighted combat is good as long as there are also ground means of fighting), maybe active defense from trespassers (as in, people will try to either actively kill you in your own lair or try to snag shit bilbo-style) and subjugation of minor tribes (as in, villages can worship you, bing regular tribute as you said, or try to take you down with regular armies) would make fine additions. But i'd rather have a game which has the dragon life-style got right to perfection rather than a fuckton of badly implemented features. As long as hoarding is there and feels rewarding, and as long as you feel powerful as a dragon compared to the rest of the world (or inferior to even greater beings like elder dragons or more powerful creatures) the game'll be fine.
Brainlet reply, at least you are keeping tesg alive i guess.

Now THAT is good news. Do you know if mod-installed houses (the Abodes from tesgeneral for example) are also considered safe-places, considering they are as vanilla-houses? Or any way to verify that?

It would be up to the mod author to decide.
But only an absolute madman would set a home to be respawn.

You know guys, I've been playing Monster Hunter for quite a while now, and I've just now realized that Skyrim's dragons look more like wyverns like Rathalos than dragons. I should've noticed that they have two legs instead of four from the beginning.

Guys anyone know where I can download the Oblivion mini-DLC the shit like the extra houses and the Mehrunes quest. I used to have them on hand but the hard drive with them broke and I'd rather just get the DL than a fresh install since I do have a legit copy of the standard GotY edition.

Yeah, you could land, I mean you'd have to in order to eat sheep/cows and kidnap nobility for ransom, right? Ideally you could land on structures without everything fucking up too. Land combat isn't a dragon's specialty of course unless you're sure you can roast everything, aren't getting flanked, aren't getting pinned down by ballista fire, etc
I forgot to mention it but thieves, heroes, parties of guards sometimes led by heroes, etc would all happen. Probably only between outings, it would be immersive to have things get taken while you're gone, but immersive isn't always fun.
The main idea is that you're always fairly powerful after the first life stages, but your defensive ability relies on lying on coins Smaug-style and just getting older in general, which you accomplish by gaining XP from outings, or maybe you just need a certain number of outings of any length/type to jump to next age, and use Coin for more minor and specific upgrades. A young adult dragon can burn a small city or raze an outpost, but if he tries to take on a keep or a full-fledged castle it will be exciting and actually risky and need good timing/dodging and a clear sense of what's being accomplished rather than just being able to kill everyone and take everything.
An elder dragon will be able to do almost whatever he pleases unless he meets an elderer dragon, some sort of strong middle-aged dragon with abilities good against him, or a whole swarm of younger dragons.
Is it bait?

Not bait, I'm that much of a brainlet.

It's just that this used to be a meme on all TES threads on Veeky Forums after the release of Skyrim
>muh wyverns
And so on

what a bitch

Where did the snowball touch you

here *points*

Isn't that the proper term though?

It is, and people kept going on about how Skyrim was shit because there were no dragons just wyverns. This all happened like six years ago though.

Redpill me on special edition tesg, is it better than skyrim? I've heard they fucking finally made it 64 and fixed papyrus while breaking all mods in the process

Well then, i don't know if or when the game will be ready or playable, but count me in as a beta-tester at the very least. Maybe post it even here for other anons, i don't know, but there are very few good dragon games (or dragon games at all), so you could accomplish something indeed.

>pissed that I came to Dawnstar for nothing
>realize I can get the levels I want from brethren
Time to blow this popsicle stand.

is there a mod that makes breton women less wrinkly and old looking?

Post pictures of waifus and say something nice about them.

I'm guessing it's probably because they're a bitch to animate and there's too much movement involved, but I'll give it a go. I'm not a very good coder and I can't into 3D modelling, but I have a few people interested in making games with me so we'll see what comes about. If I ever get anywhere with this one, I'll mention it in /tesg/ so you can see it if you're still lurking.

Breton women are literally the hottest girls in Skyrim, what the fuck?

^_^
