This is the stupid Notaredditor fan theory. There is no roll conversions or anything. It simply rolls with the chance of getting a 3* removed. Just like every other gacha game in the world. Your best bet is to use CA Hassan and Anderson to help center around her crit damage and NP usability. It will be difficult until you can get her Strengthening Quest later this year, however.
