There are some diminishing returns for jobs with huge EE but in general the rule is Magic on fractals and EE on panels. There might be some threads that explain the math on reddit

It's not just my favorite FF, it's my favorite game but the steam version is absolutely disgusting. If you can get it, then that means you can just as easily get the snes or gba (with the hack to add the snes sounds and graphics back in) versions, both of which are great.
