Still pretty good. It's shocking how there's no KOF game in the side tournament. I'm happy we got TLB and SSVS but having no KOF side tourney should be an indicator on KOF's popularity over there. GG is a main event + has another game as a side tourney. SFV is a main event and has SF2, SFA3, SF3S, SFIV and CVS2(which is basically a SF game).

Technically that chink manga takes place before this one. Nothing seems out of place, they did their training, Kyo leaves his house in his new outfit and the manga now starts with everyone in Europe with Antonov starting KOF.

Try beating KOF'94 and tell me that. There hasn't been a single Omega Rugal that even comes close to that level of difficulty. Even 95's is just barely easier. 98 and 2002 are fucking piss easy thanks to his AI going full retard against certain moves and God Rugal in CvS2 is an embarrassment.

I didn't mean it as in "he's easy as fuck to beat" and yes I've beaten Rugal since I was a kid. Took many tries but my scrubby ass was able to win. I jokingly call N.Rugal a pussy since SNK pushes O.Rugal much harder than N.Rugal. Maybe its the white hair but the devs love that specific form of Rugal. CVS2 Rugal is a bitch because he's Capcomified, but Maximillians Boss Rage video warps peoples minds into thinking that God Rugal is the hardest shit ever without playing KOF '94 or '95.

You can on average get a box unit with 20k medals.
Since those specials box crank have less units than usual you can probably get away with less.
Now is literally the best time if you ever plan on getting any of those units.

They made Shun'ei look extremely underpowered in that Manhwa, which people seemed to like since Kyo is a prodigy, K' isn't even human and Ash can take your soul and steal your powers. Then we got Shun'ei who cant even put down Kensou.

You get them at silver instead of iron/bronze but I get what you mean.
Getting an unit to plat only matters if you play PvP else having a box unit at silver is already pretty good.
And the 20k number is an average, I got White Baby with only 14k medals for example.
You can probably get away with an average of 15-16k medals or even less if you're lucky for this event.

Can you please decide? Also changing MAX mode and EX moves is too drastic at this point. I would say to just remove the extra cost an EX move have during raw MAX activation so people have an incentive to use instead of canceling stuff.

But there is no extra cost. DMs always cost 1/2/3 bars; if you're in MAX mode, you burn the rest of your MAX bar as one of your meters, since you popped it in the first place.

I'm talking about the extra cost of doing EX moves. The bar should just deplete normally like the old Advanced mode.
