I really can't be bothered for getting Another Episode though, seems like a shitty shooter and watching a 14 hour playthrough seems boring.
And I heard DR3 anime is awful and you should skip it.

Do you care about the Hope's Peak storyline? It ends in DR3 and isn't continued in DRV3.

That's really all you need to know about whether or not you should watch it. The quality is less important than if you want to see the end of that story or not.

It's not a good ending though, and the prior games provide enough resolution on their own. So why bother sitting through 24 episodes of shit to have an ending you don't want or care about when you've already got a perfectly fine one?

Everything plays out exactly the same except Shuichi's attraction to Kaito is more explicit and Kaito's closeted homosexuality is more apparent. And then the fujos would pair Kaito and Kokichi more aggressively.

Good or not doesn't matter. It's the only ending we have or are going to get.

So if you care about that storyline, you should watch it. If you don't care then don't watch.
