I just pulled 2 Innes's - one +ATK -HP and the other neutral. Is -HP worth the +ATK, or should that Innes be Cancel Affinity/Fortress Res fodder, /feg/? I also pulled a +HP/-RES Minerva to break my pity rate in a different banner.
