It's not really worth it to work your ass off as ana when you could just pick mercy, put very little effort I to the game, and still have a greater impact than ana ever could.

If you consistently land sleeps AND your team doesn't fucking wake them up it's worth it.

Now I only play her if we need a second healer, Mercy is picked, it's not KOTH and there's a lot of ult synergy in the current composition.
