I'm trying to add new ears to my characters head, but I have no idea which file I'm supposed to open to figure out what .xx files I need. I'm not even sure which .pp file has the face. The AAU guide says to use s3bu to figure it out, but I have no idea how to use it.

I even have hardlinker files for the left dress but not the actual outfit.

Track and baseball for me were easy dumping ground. Dojo was very easy to put girls into.

I've usually put girls with giant chests in Volley, swimming I've made the "top tier atheletics club" above track and baseball. Culture was typically where soft, shy, quiet and mousey girls were stuck in while Fine Arts was the land of whores.

You open the file in SB3U and in your case, the frame name is the mesh name of the ears.

She's "Kinoshita Eri". She requires the wwc faces, so if you don't have HEXAOC v4.0 you will need that. As long as you have the wwc faces, you're good to go.

The socks are definitely recolorable, at least the black and white striped variants are. The other textures, not so much.

You'd have to make a custom texture and then override it via mesh override and hope it works, but in theory it may be possible.

So I finally got around to updating my old as fuck HF Patch AA2 install which I've been using since forever. It honestly worked mostly fine even with the new AAU stuff except I finally noticed some issues with the DDH faces not working properly.

Started with the preinstall from OP tsukiyo.me/AAA/AA2.xml and installed all my mods one by one. Everything seems to work fine except no-dim doesn't work for non-modded personalities for some reason. My old install used the MML for ND v1.1 but I've tried both and both give 0% for the non-modded personalities. Anyone got an idea what's up?

I don't want to do these quests like this. I run into problems with the scene files that make it very hard for me to work with and the problems make it not enjoyable for me. Extremely frustrating.

Do HexaPP, HexaPP patch, then the two nodim mods at the same time.

So, this Tea card's face is pretty bad, as well as the hair. I'll attempt to fix her face but as for the hair, I have no knowledge of hair modding and honestly don't have the patience to learn.

I apologize if I sounded rude. I just really hated it.
I couldn't figure out the order of the girls as they were added in the class vertically rather than horizontally and they ended up in the wrong spots. So by the time I figured it out they had changed their outfits to the sports one and had to do it all over again for the picture.
Then the lag was also a problem that I could barely move any part without seeing it 10 seconds later.
Also, setup was rough because I know that there is supposed to be a laptop over there in the corner but that didn't work for some reason and just ended up floating.
I don't know, I feel scenes need a little more work before doing large collections like this.
They work fantastically for 2 or 3 person poses but when it goes above that it's too much to handle without automation.
Again I apologize.

Tried this, installed HexaPP by itself then HexaPP patch then ticked both 'ML for AK v.12' and 'No dim mod audio files 1.1' and installed both at same time. Still get 0% unfortunately :(.

The Arc vents were radically redesigned and the old one was removed, not reslotted.

It would mess up the scene file if you saved the scene file, but it wouldn't mess up anything if you saved the pose file separately. Once you have the saved pose file you can add the other girls (in any order - it doesn't matter to the scene) and make sure your pose fits properly. Then save the scene as the final step, now with your girl posed. And if you can't do that last step due to PC limitations, saving the pose file and including it is enough for a stronger computer to finish the job for you.

Scenes are very modular which is why I think they work so great for poser events. The scene file being loaded as a first step is just to set the room's orientation.

I agree partly because there is still some room for improvement. Yes, they would work great for these things but as it is now its complicated to deal with.

A problem I could see would be if there where a quest that used a lot of props. A pencil in a class for example and if everyone had a pencil you would have to load the pencil over and over again for each person to get one and load the file to be in the correct position.
However, if the scene file could also load all the props and position of them automatically it would benefit everyone and would be much smoother. Its to cut out the tedious work and make it enjoyable for everyone if that makes sense.

Props in group scenes would be a bad idea. I don't think there's a good way around that. A bad way around that is adding the props to the room file, and sharing the updated room file which would be modified explicitly for the scene. Or maybe it's not a bad way, maybe it's the only way. But I'm still convinced that this is a better type of group thing than shoops, since shoops have issues like scale and image settings which can't be rectified by another person editing the image.
