nothing trully big: a basic improved native (diplomacy, freelancer, etc) with 4 new factions in some kind of invasion event with a few cool features. I guess you know your shit about image editor and such, so you can help me with the integration of some pics for menus and some texturization for some models (almost all of them are already done, so its only minor changes)
besides army/battle sizes(and you can tweak it), only a few models/items are not polished, 95% of the mod is.
Perisno is not a good mod to check your battlesize, too much units, armors, weapons, etc. to render. try native or PoP for that, cause thats the most smooth ones.

I'm figuring out how to make Phantasy's textures less shit, but until the current version fo the game is fixed I think I'm gonna go to work on something that causes me less trouble.

because /mbg/ have no idea about modding and how hard is to do certain things and how limit/tedious the m&b engine is. retards also attach the mods creator/dev persona into the mod itself valoration. so if the creator of the mod is a fucking retard (they always are) the mod is automatically shit too. and ofc ask them to tell you 5 better mods than PoP and they will fail to do so.
PoP is a top tier mod. short on features and content but compensating it with how well-made it is and how smooth runs.
what exactly you want? total conversions/new world? historical recreations? which period? fantasy world?

When I installed the mod and launched it from the desktop it prompts me for an activation key or it goes in to trial mode. I never had the issue before.
