less damage because v-trigger combos add 50% more scaling
Grapplers as a concept are shit and don't belong in 2D fighters anyway.

Capcom obviously means to change the game in one specific direction with the hitbox changes. I hope it's making the neutral less stupid.
I honestly think this will still be true. They've tried to fix that in the past and somehow managed to fail.
