might want to build tankier against that team though. and no, edge of night is not what i mean. don't buy that item on gp. i don't see a lot of crit gp anymore. sterak's is pretty great on him so you can grab that and a GA instead of shiv/pd and edge of night. i wouldn't recommend gangplank if you're autofilled though, unless you're pretty good at him. he's hard to play well, and really easy to be completely useless on.

i see this a lot, "team sucks what do i do?", and i'm going to let you in on a little secret: you can't win every game

the only thing you have control over in a game is you. so focus on your own gameplay. don't look at a game and say "unwinnable oh well go next" though. recognize what you're doing wrong, and actively work on improving it. do what you can to have the strongest impact on the game. whether that means crushing your lane and snowballing the game that way, taking towers and controlling dragons, providing vision and alerting your team to where your laner or enemy jungler is if you know, counterjungling, etc. the knowledge and skill required to do those things is up to YOU to improve on, so focus on that.

sometimes no matter what you do, your team seems like they are actively ignoring you and trying their hardest to make you lose. sometimes you can carry, sometimes not. take a deep breath and recenter on yourself. personal improvement.

As a jungler you have the freedom to basically choose and help the best lane you can identify and if everyone is a retard you just powerfarm / invade and do objectives.

No role can win with 4 retards on the team, but jungle is the least depending on other players.

I just played her top for the first time, smashed my lane, but none of her skills feel fun to use.

The Q skill has no weight to it and feels extremely clunky to use, her grapling hook is kinda shitty, the W spam with comet in lane is just boring and her ult just ironically is a lot better than j4's ult for what it does, but feels like garbage to play with.
