I regret making all my alts and account as Horde. I don't regret going to Horde because I went from a LFR player to a Mythic player, but god damnit, I really want back now that I'm not raiding anymore. Starting on a new realm/faction isn't nearly as bad as you think it is. It's "a little rough" for the first character, but you'll still be able to equip all your heirlooms from your other accounts and afford flying for every area, MAYBE just not speed when you unlock them depending on how you're playing. Starting from your second character there's no real difference between having one 110 or having ten 110s supporting it.

I shuffle between servers pretty often, just go double gathering on your first character and join some rando guild with a repair budget.
