The only other answer I guess is that the Chariot itself isn't a Noble Phantasm, but part and parcel of Rider-class Medb, and it is the explicit attack done by the Chariot (Chariot My Love) that is the Noble Phantasm. In this case, Medb would be simply ramming the chariot into the attack, but given that it'd be less powerful, that too isn't great for Nightingale.

It's meant to disable all weapons too, but that starts the debate on whether the chariot is a weapon in and of itself, especially since I'd argue that it is a Noble Phantasm in the same way that Gordius Wheel is an NP while Via Expugnatio is another NP that's it used as an attack.
All in all, I think it's just some small detail that was probably done by animators who weren't 100% aware of what Nightingale Pledge was meant to do, honestly.
