We don't really know what Solomon can do. AAS under Goetia was a specialty thing powered by burning humanity, so it's seemingly not normally that powerful.

FGO as it is doesn't really have much mechanical depth left it can exploit without overhauling things. Stat Vomit won't really help survive your main party killers, that is NPs, without basically tripling+ HP, and Break Bars limit how potent attack increases would be unless they're also absurd amounts such that you can easily take a bar in a few turns without little to no stacked buffs due to the nature of FGO's combat.

That's why Nasu wrote him out of the story entirely.
