Starter card affects the other 2 cards. Starting with quick causes all cards to drop stars but it's generally a bad idea because of the low amount of hits buster/arts have, depends on servant. Starting with arts gives NP gain on all cards. Starting with buster increases damage of all cards.

Second card is a bit stronger than the first, and the final card is quite a bit more powerful. You'll notice a difference by using a quick card at the start, seeing it generate 8, then using it at the end, and seeing it generate 15 for example.
