It's not about hitting 100% status, it's about getting that juicy +120% damage, as well as adding another element.

Unless you're going for viral+radiation, three elemental mods is enough for that because all the other dual element combos are bad. (lmao gas+magnetic)
Also I made a typo in the previous post, I meant three dual stats, not two.

Oh and if you want the extra damage, just go for a primed elemental mod. Baro had primed fever strike just a few months ago and since every single good dual element incorporates toxin, there's no reason not to use it if you just want more straight damage.

I think it's just personal preference, I've been dicking around with a crit Jat Kusar. Blood Rush and 5/6 gladiator mods ramp up my crits fast. Just need a great riven roll now.

Their base damage and status chance scream condition overload. Their 5/5 dispo is neat too. If you like them, get yourself a decent riven and they'll run you past end-game.
