Shit, MWO wiki is hilariously out of date. When I considered the usefulness of BAP I thought it countered ECM at 360 meters and less, but apparently it's 240 meters as of 2014! That's almost useless for a LRM boat since you get an 80 meters radius where it counters ECM and you can do damage to an enemy mech.

I've lately been enjoying the VND-1X running an MRM40 with triple lmg and a couple ermeds, as well as the CDA-3C running an ERPPC with quad MGs. What are some more mechs like that? Looking for decently mobile, with uberquirks for one or two weapons that allows it to pump out a surprising amount of damage for how few weapons it carries, particularly with one large weapon. Not looking for any weapon type in particular, just want some options to consider.

If it did 10 damage per shot, it'd be alright as a tonnage investment. 5 slots and 12 tons for 10 damage at 750 meters. Maybe a slight cooldown increase to 3.5 seconds, so that with charge time it'd end up at 4 seconds between each shot.
