they just completely turn their brain off on top of having like 600 hp each

This. Just kite them into mobs or randomly just turn around and catch most if not all of them in a vertical weapon swing or two and then just keep running again.

Organised gank squads are a whole other thing though.

1. Goddam, why is DaSII filled with bullshit drop rates if you want to 100% it? Anyone know a better method for getting all the shit than just "drop item, change pickup hex in CE, grab item" for editing inventory?

It does, but depends on your agi, which is raised by att and adp. If you have trouble rolling, raise your adp so you have 95 or so agi, I don't remember exactly

I'm doing a warped sword + katana run right now. It's alright, really took off when I grabbed flynn and blade rings.
Just a heads up based on the wiki, using anything but katanas, daggers, or curved/thrusting/straight swords in your left hand disables the warped sword's special spin.

I am actually feeling bad for you mate.
I went thru about 6 months of no DS3 due to an error with my PS4, like everything I had on the PS4 got erased an unable to connect.

I would say try to call their "customer service". Its horrible, but they might actually help. They did for the error I mentioned above.

Ashes of Ariandel is worth it for one of the most challenging boss fights in the game (if not THE most). The Ringed City is worth it for the items and spells it adds, but not much else. If you're a lorefag, you'll appreciate both.
