They should definitely get rid of Super Vegeta and Future Super Saiyan, at least since they don't look any different from the other Super Saiyan forms. I feel they should do something like this:

>Full Power: SS - 2 - 3 (all-around stat boost)
>Power Stressed: SS - Grade 2 - Grade 3 (ki boost, slow speed)
>Godly: SSG - SSB (lets you switch instantly between God and Blue mid-combo)
>Blue Kaioken: SSB - BKK - BKKx10 - BKKx20 (huge speed boost, but it eventually drains health)
>Dark Blue: SSB - SSDB (lets you see where opponents could strike next, drains stamina)
>Rose: SSRose (somewhat stronger than Blue)
>Rage: SS - SS2 - SSR (huge strike boost)
>Berserker Legend: RSS - LSS - LSS3 - LSSGSS (huge stat boost, but drains ki)
>True Legend: USS - LSS - TLSS - TLSS2 (not as big as Berserker, but it doesn't drain ki)
>Ape: Oozaru - SSO - SS4 - FPSS4 (start off as a giant, and then become SS4 and keep super stamina)
>Beserker Baboon: LSSO - LSS4 - FPLSS4 (similar to Berserker Legend, but it drains super stamina)

I guess yeah, ive played plenty of fighting games like street fighter before, and while i wasn't amazing at it or anything i could play them decently well.
It just the whole combat system of those kind of games are kinda boring to me. I'm not saying they're bad or anything, it just not my cup of tea.

Honestly if it didn't have dragonball skin on it i wouldn't even be buying it in the first place.

It's not truly a "skin" though. The DBZ informs the gameplay. Stuff like the super dash and the dragon rush are unique to this game, because it's DBZ.

There's a couple unique mechanics that the genre hasn't had before, directly lifted from the show.

And who could forget the forms for all races!

>Pure Progress: Level 1 - Level 2 (gain time skip, increase it's length)

>Masked: Mask - Broken Mask - Unmasked (huge stat boost that grows as your mask breaks)
>Spirit Bomb Absorption (absorb the spirit bomb for a huge strike boost)

I haven't played this in ages but at least this new stuff is cool.

Drains stamina for 100% would be too much and make it unusable in PVP, since it wouldn't even have the upside of making vanishes cost less or anything defensive. Just make it reduced stamina regeneration.

I'm glad Vegeta didn't get offensive UI but something else, honestly. I was expecting him to just manlet rage in futility like against Beerus, this was a great surprise.

If we get an ultra instinct power up, I hope it just turns us into em bosses and you constantly auto dodge attacks

It's probably as far as XV3 all things considered. Maybe the fight system and netcode will be improved so this can still be balanced.

Why do people use canon characters when fighting?
I usually go for saibaman if some asshole keeps challenging me when I reject their battle offer, but some times they just come at me with buu or goku
