Sorry for the late reply, didn't see your post till now. As you can probably guess it's an interview/discussion with Kajita, Soejima, Hashino, Meguro and Isocchi. I'll just summarize everything they talk about:

Hashino talks about how he considers gods and demons to be part of the series's essence, and that he always wanted to have the Holy Grail because he believes that it is important to show how people tend to be able to cope with their life's shortcomings by holding the belief that "even if I don't have it now, I may get it in time." He mentions that the Holy Grail is not talked about by Jung, but rather the Unicorn's Horn is, but they felt that the form of the grail was a good fit for the picaresque nature of the game and worked as a treasure. He mentions that even though some people might call it "cheap" to go with the Holy Grail he knew he wanted it from the start. Kajita asks where the idea to then make the Holy Grail's true form Yaldabaoth came from and that's where the original snippet comes in and Hashino mentions that they chose him because he reflected the themes best and that they knew that they wanted to have a god for the finale. Then he begins to talk about something but it gets censored.

Kajita then mentions that the way people reacted to current events on the thief channel site was really realistic and asks Hashino what sort of research they did for it. He mentions that the posts for the site were written by a someone else and he too was surprised at how realistic they seemed. Then he mentions he asked them to write the different dialogue that pops up in bubbles as you walk around the school for a student who everyone spreads rumors about behind his back and the staff member mentioned said to Hashino their highschool life was like this and everyone spread rumors about them having knives at school and being dangerous behind their back.

Then Kajita mentions that he feels like some people might find that the characters introduced in the second half of the story were likely to lack depth compared to the ones introduced earlier, and he asks why they decided to not introduce Haru until the second half of the story and not do this to any of the other characters. Oddly enough, Hashino's answer is actually censored. Kajita says "I see!" in response to whatever Hashino says, and then Hashino says something about the beginning of development but the rest is censored again. Isocchi asks why they're not letting her hear what they're talking about. Hashino then says that they decided to introduce the easiest to empathize with and most realistic characters towards the beginning of the game so that the player could be invested quickly and leave the characters that require investment to later - and he says that he doesn't seem to remember befriending any millionaires when he was a schoolkid so Haru comes in later. Kajita says "oh so that's how it is," and then Hashino says "well actually that's not all" and begins to say something else that makes everyone laugh but his comments get censored again.

Then everyone just gives their usual "working on p5 was a long process but now it's over, thanks to all the readers please buy our games again" lines.

I finally finished Persona 3, 4 and 5 (including The Answer which made me want to kill myself).

So now it's time to move onto Arena, PQ and DAN. I'm kind of sick of grinding at the moment so I want to leave PQ until last. I understand PQ comes before DAN, but does DAN include any story references at all to PQ?

you should leave DAN till last since it's basically the closure to the P4 cast and playing PQ after that would be silly

It doesn't retcon anything. P4D takes place in Fall after the P4G epilogue, there's a short sidestory that happens between both and you unlock it after finishing the main story.
Saying this, Arena->PQ->Ultimax->P4D is the correct order.

Yeah you can mix and match all of the characters, but the ones I recommend using are Rei/Zen in the back, Aigis in the back, the p3 protag because he learns debilitate when his persona evolves, and I think you can have a free slot for whoever else you wants. That's how I built my team and I steamrolled through the game.

from what I remember Aigis and Chie are the only non-magic focused girls in a game where phys is much better than magic. Insta-kills aside that is, hama and mudo are OP but they require high agi more than magic.

Argh you're right, how silly of me to forget to include Yu. Hopefully whoever wants to play PQ knows to have them both in the party so they both level up to lvl 50 and unlock the quest that allows you to evolve your persona when you level up once. I just made sure to have Naoto in my party because she knows light and dark skills as well as megido moves. Give her a healing sub persona and she's a BEAST
