In the game where we return to NV you can find a cave called Courier's Hideout that fubctions as a player home when the tunnel to the living area is cleared out, the tunnel is filled with high level Cazaclaws and an Alpha Mother Cazaclaw at the end.

Outside the door to the living area, which is being the Alpha Mother, is the melted mangled corpse of The Courier, no bodily features can be made out. Looting the body gives you can end-game gear that's damaged almost beyond repair, which can be fixed.

Somewhere inside the hideout is a teleporter to Big MT where you'll be greeted by Dr Zero, he'll reveal the courier reprogrammed them to cary out his wishes. Big MT is extremely dangerous and filled with horrors the courier came up with.

Going to play New Vegas for the first time ever in a few minutes, will I remember this moment in 10 years?

Something something psychological horror. SOTL really had an impact on me and my taste in stories, which shows in that the two most gripping moments in FO4's story for me were when I had to decide to spare or kill Clarke and Danse. Ultimately I killed Clarke, and every time Danse spoke of mercy killing his comrades, I supported his decision.
But then the time came to kill Danse, and I just couldn't do it. I realized right there, "Holy shit, I'm a hypocrite." and nothing else in the story came close to that moment.

Thus to me, a quest mod I'd come up would be edgy and pretentious. It would hate the player and force them to make painful decisions and then shit all over them after making them.
The ideas I have now revolve around the BoS, so I wouldn't bother with a quest mod that locked out whatever percentage of people who decided to destroy them.

While this Institute power armor and the other concept one that looks like a giant white box both look cool as fuck, they're honestly unnecessary when you have literal super-humans in Coursers and disposable skeleton robots in Gen 1/2s.

Ive only ever played New Vegas on the 360, and have had it sitting in my steam library for a couple of years.

Going to mod the shit out of it. Anything recommended? Especially overhauls and cut content reintroductions, because it's an Obsidian game, so half the game is missing guaranteed.

Also, if it's any difference, I'll be using Nexus Mod Manager(it's what I used for 4, but 4 is a shit).

How do you make fusion cores last as long as possible (Besides the nuclear physicist perks)? Can you ever make your own fusion cores, or recharge spent ones? How long into the game will I start coming across more cores to let me use power armor more?

Get the perk that makes you find more ammo and you'll find one in every ammo container

As long as you're a diligent looter you will literally never run out of fusion cores.

You'll realize how flawed the system is when you start coming across ammo boxes containing fucking four of them each.

power armor is EVERYWHERE
all powerarmors besides the first one have FULL CORES

I don't give a damn if it's crutch or not, it's big and impressive and fun to stomp around in. Most of it looks really great which is never a bad thing. I'm not very pleased with much of the armor selection for just outfits and stuff.

Besides, even without it it's not like this game is difficult at all.
