There are other websites for vectorizing something where you have more control over the output size. There are also ways to do it in Photoshop and Illustrator, and I assume GIMP too, so I'd look up some tutorials on that.
Your image is currently half the size it should be. 150dpi is okay when seen at a distance, but is really the bare minimum for printing, and you will be able to see pixels. It's mostly flat color so it should be okay vectorized, just keep in mind anything that's blended may not look so smooth afterward.
